Brainchild

Brainchild uses innovative, high-tech, and ultra-lightweight materials for both the inflatable structure and the canopy of its kites. Strength and lightness are guaranteed for incredible flight performance.

The Brainchild TRIGGER particularly benefits from the latest development in recycled canopy material available on the market. The materials used for this kite are 48% recycled, undyed, and unbleached to be as environmentally friendly as possible.

PROWELD

PROWELD is a system developed and patented by Ralf Grösel that revolutionizes kite manufacturing.

The kite's tube segments are welded instead of stitched. This increases the stiffness of the kite structure while simultaneously saving weight.
The welds are additionally glued from the inside to increase durability and protect the bladders.

The PROWELD process gives the kite very direct bar feedback and outstanding responsiveness.

 

Digital Printing with Ecoink

BRAINCHILD Production has developed a unique process for digitally printing materials using only eco-solvent inks. Compared to dyed fabrics, the printing process uses four times less water. Furthermore, only white fabrics are used for the base cloth, meaning no wasted dyed fabric scraps or shortages of colored fabrics. This unique process also makes resource planning much easier.

Brainchild Valve

The environmentally friendly one-pump system with a large diameter guarantees optimal airflow and thus quick inflation and deflation of the kite.
